At Gumplus LLC, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably across the United States.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

📦 Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after processing.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (USPS)
  • Weather conditions
  • High demand periods

These delays are outside of our control.


Lost or Delayed Orders

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Gumplus LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • Reshipping fees may apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
